By authorizing access and using this service, you agree to the following terms.
Purpose of the Service
This service provides access to the MKT.TRADE MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. The server offers market structure analysis tools and content based on the PriceMap framework. PriceMap is a framework for market structure analysis, not a trading system.
Not Financial or Trading Advice
The service provides contextual interpretation and educational content. It does not provide financial advice or investment advice. Broker connections are read-only (balances, positions, open orders, bars); the service does not place or cancel orders on your behalf. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions.
Acceptable Use
You may use the service only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data. You must keep your API key and credentials confidential and are responsible for all use of your account.

Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
